The patient care team strongly believes that while advanced technology is important in fighting disease and repairing injury, equally important is the human touch in restoring a person to a state of wholeness. That's why each of our services focuses not only on physical healing, but also mental and spiritual healing as well.

In addition to your physical needs, Glendale Adventist is also committed to caring for your mental and spiritual needs as well. We offer:
- Customer service rounds, conducted by our staff to ensure that patients are receiving the best possible care
- Chaplain services, provided by the hospital's own staff chaplains, as well as a corps of volunteer and community spiritual leaders from a wide range of religious traditions
- Support groups, addressing a range of needs, including cancer, stroke and the loss of a loved one
- Special meal menus, available to make the hospital stay more pleasant for patients from a variety of ethnic backgrounds
